Hospice of Southern Illinois is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse/Case Manager to assess, plan, implement and evaluate hospice care in patients' homes and community facilities around Belleville. Travel within St. Clair, Monroe, Randolph and Washington counties is required.
The role includes on-call duties and a focus on coordinating interdisciplinary care. The position requires an IL nursing license, 1 year hospice experience preferred, and CPR/hospice certification preferred.
