Adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring. Pre and Post cardiac catheterization patients and pacemaker patients. 24 observation patients to rule out MI. Patients with chest pain, shortness of breath, COPD, DM, HTN, Renal failure. Care of patients after transfer out of ICU. Patients post CVA (after patient spends 24 hours in ICU) that may have TPA. Care of medial or surgical over flow patients on occasion.

Permanent employees (across BJC and/or Saint Lukes) must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.
