Unit Manager, RN

• Responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company
• Overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts
• Mentoring and educating nursing personnel
• Working with physicians and other medical professionals

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
