Description:
Seeking a motivated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room.
This role involves working night shifts with a patient ratio of 1:3.Occasional floating between units will be required as needed.
Nursing staff will care for various patient ages, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Interdisciplinary support is available to assist in patient care.
Daily census in the unit is approximately 150 with around 44 patient beds.
Nurses will manage diverse cases, including trauma, pediatrics, and mental health conditions.
Strong clinical skills in managing ventilated patients and procedural sedation are necessary.
The job requires effective triage and interpretation of dysrhythmias.
