- Minimum:
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience - Telemetry/Cardiac experience and BSN are advantageous
- Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on care and medication management
- Collaborate with team members to develop and communicate care plans
- Assess patient needs holistically and respect individual preferences
