Registered Nurse; RN Float Pool; Nights

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Special Float Pool supporting two hospitals. This full-time night role offers clinical variety across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry
. The nurse will provide direct patient care
, develop and implement individualized care plans, and promote patient safety and education. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, adaptability, teamwork
, and supporting diverse patient populations. The role involves floating between campuses, supporting multiple inpatient units, and participating in professional development activities.

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, planning, and care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

• Minimum two years of acute care experience

• Valid RN license
  .
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (PALS for ED), telemetry interpretation, and IV therapy skills.
