Qualifications & Skills:- RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience in telemetry or cardiac care is preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
- Preferred: BSN degree and two years of experience
- Promote a healing environment through patient and family education
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities
- Assess and address patient needs holistically, respecting diversity and patient preferences
