Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients and the healthcare team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Preferred
  
  Skills:
  
  Med Surg experience and BSN degree.
