The Salvation Army (Central) - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; manage scheduling and payroll.;
Oversee donation processes, product sorting, pricing, and presentation.;
Develop customer retention plans and create an enjoyable shopping environment.;
Oversee cash handling procedures and daily deposits; manage inventory within budget.;
Provide daily reports on store production and sales; communicate with Regional Manager and Department Heads.
