As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution. You provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand and execution standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations.

Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner by delivering strong customer service to store teams and reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage: complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, capturing display photos, and documenting execution through DMI and Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays to ensure compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans and maintain strong visibility of our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules, executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions: support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high‑visibility promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support capability building by reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop operational, communication, and problem‑solving skills that serve as a foundation for future advancement into management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant by following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies during lifting, bending, and moving product.

• Coverage and Execution Excellence – Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain consistent shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution across the territory.

• Time and Task Management – Organized and efficient in completing store visits, managing coverage assignments, and maintaining consistent execution across multiple locations.

• Capability Support – Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule availability required, including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
• Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
