Produce Clerk

• Maintain a working relationship with entire Country Store staff.
• Keep display areas stocked and the product rotated according to product standards.
• Assist customers with product selection, preparation, packaging, questions and any other requests.
• Maintain department product displays and signage.
• Ensure that merchandise in display case is fresh, in saleable condition and has been properly priced with correct signage.
• Receive and inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for cleaning and trimming produce.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and surrounding areas.
• Follow all guidelines and procedures outlined in department and health and safety manuals and as set by the Country Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Knowledge:
Job requires a high school diploma or GED; previous customer service experience preferred.
