Full-time Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz brands in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
• Construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL r’s license issued by the state of residence, U.S. passport, or federal
• Valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  for access to the military base facility
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Ability to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Belleville, Illinois
• Schedule availability required Tuesday through Saturday
• Start time: 8:00 AM

Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of managing in-store displays and executing promotional strategies effectively.
