- Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines
- Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
- Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz in store with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
