Responsibilities
  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting and local networking
  • Deliver consultative presentations, both in-person and virtually, to demonstrate the value of payment solutions
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new sales opportunities and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older and live within the geographic area of the posting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for both face-to-face and virtual selling
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of the time in the field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus
  • High energy and self-motivated with a competitive spirit to exceed sales targets
  • Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners effectively
