• Meet physicians and patients, building strong and lasting relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.
• Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth.
• Promote products ethically and within compliance based on the company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy.
• Demonstrate an understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings.
• Deliver product information in a sales environment using knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.
• Show accountability, positive attitude, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence.
• Function independently with high initiative, entrepreneurship, and autonomy to achieve short- and long-term goals.

• Preferred sales experience; success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
