Clinical Customer Success Specialist - Vision Care

What you ll be doing

• This Customer Success Specialist focuses on improving utilization of a pre-defined target list of large physician groups and IDNs, with the Retina Vue product, to drive customer advocacy and install base expansion. The role has future opportunities for expansion.
• On the team, you ll lead best practice workflows and influence customers to embrace the most effective deployment of the Retina Vue Care Delivery Model. You will proactively engage strategic accounts and support the successful onboarding of new customers, ensuring they are positioned for success from the start.
• Travel up to 30% regionally, including overnights, with coverage for a defined territory.

• Bachelor s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ophthalmology or clinical background required.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a sales and/or sales-support capacity.
• 3+ years of life sciences experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn software programs and troubleshoot, including remote meeting platforms.
• Self-starter, customer-focused, and intrinsically motivated.
• Ability to engage with physicians/clinicians and articulate the value of the solution; strong follow-through and follow-up.
• Up to 30% regional travel required, including overnights.
• Must live within the territory and be accessible to a major airport.
