Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery in a high-volume, continuous-run environment;
Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical components and electrical controls (AC/DC), pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
Read mechanical prints and electrical diagrams; perform welding/fabrication; install conduit; operate metalworking tools;
Dismantle devices to access parts; replace defective components; calibrate and test performance;
Initiate purchase orders for parts and materials; support safety and efficiency improvements
