: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Journey of Hope is seeking compassionate, mission-driven team members to support mothers-in-need through our Wrap-Around Services program and, ultimately, in our new Maternity Home. These roles play a vital part in empowering women with education, healthcare access, life skills, and community support as they build stable, hope-filled futures.
What You’ll Do:- Connect women to housing, healthcare, WIC, and community resources
- Provide consistent follow-up and case management support
- Facilitate life skills, parenting, and financial literacy workshops
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Bachelor’s in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in case management or social services
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Compassion for women-in-crisis and a heart for families
