Mobile Tech Lead - Virtual

• Leading the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android using cross‑platform frameworks.
• Collaborating with the Mobile Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overall design.
• Driving code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Integrating mobile applications with backend systems and cloud services.
• Mentoring developers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Contributing to performance optimization and security improvements.

• 8+ years in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Cross‑Platform:
  Ionic & Capacitor with Angular
• iOS:
  Swift, Swift
  
  UI, XCTest (or equivalent)
• Android:
  Java/Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Espresso (or equivalent)
• Cloud Integration:
  Firebase
• Experience with React Native
• AWS knowledge
• Performance profiling and optimization
• Mobile UI/UX principles
