Leverage your experience to autonomously manage and execute a range of financial and business operations tasks,contributing directly to our strategic goals of improving financial management and operational efficiency.

• Independently perform detailed financial analysis, reporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Lead audit preparation activities, including developing and implementing corrective action plans.
• Design and enhance internal control processes to meet audit and compliance standards.
• Manage cross-functional projects to improve business processes and financial systems.
• Provide expert adviceon financial management policies and procedures.
• Serve as a key liaison between financial operations and other organizational units.

• U.S. Citizen, eligibility for Department of Defense clearance; (Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher preferred
• BA/BSor MA/MS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3to 10 years of experience in business and financial operations, with aproven track record of independent work.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting standards, audit processes, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
