Registered Nurse (RN) Post Intensive Care Unit V (6S) Full Time Days
Location: Clara Maass Medical Center, 1 Clara Maass Drive, Belleville, NJ 07109
ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning.
Participates in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.
Practices in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies; coordinates patient care; provides discharge planning and patient education; contributes to unit performance improvement activities.
Qualifications- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Day Shift - 7:00am – 7:30pm
- Full-Time
- Every other weekend required. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
