Pay Range: $47.62 – $56.39 per hour

Job OverviewLocated in Belleville, Clara Maass Medical Center is a facility of RWJBarnabas Health that provides a complete continuum of care to residents of northern New Jersey. The Medical Unit‑II is a telemetry unit that supports patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. The RN will organize and administer individualized, age‑specific professional care to patients within the unit, support the mission of RWJBarnabas Health, and practice in accordance with state and professional standards.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Associate degree in nursing
- Obtain ACLS Certification within six (6) months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience working in Critical Care or Telemetry
- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Night Shift – 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
- Full Time
- Every other weekend required; schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
The Registered Nurse (RN) administers individualized age‑specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit, supports the mission of RWJBarnabas Health and the Department of Nursing, practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies, participates in patient teaching and discharge planning, and participates in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.
