Shift: Night (7p-7:30a), 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, every other weekend, rotating holidays.

$47.62 - $63.73 per hour (anticipated hourly wage range for this position).

Job Overview

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. The role includes delivering nursing care to critically ill patients on a 32‑bed unit, applying evidence‑based practice, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

• Telemetry or Critical Care nursing experience
• CCRN

• BLS and ACLS Certification
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• Night Shift, 7p-7:30a - 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, every other weekend and rotating holidays

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice and regulations, adhering to the ANA code of ethics.
• Maintain evidence‑based practice knowledge and advance clinical knowledge through collaboration.
• Report safety issues and medical errors.
• Understand patient population and manage patient care activities.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
• Set priorities and evaluate outcomes to improve care.
• Utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care plans.

Additional duties may be assigned as determined by unit needs.
