Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Clara Maass Medical Center – Post Intensive Care III

$47.62 – $63.73 per hour (New Jersey)

Clara Maass Medical Center is a RWJBarnabas Health facility providing a continuum of care in northern New Jersey. The RN supports patient care in the Post Intensive Care III unit during the night shift.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate degree in nursing

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Minimum one year RN experience on a telemetry unit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ endorsement
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• ACLS or obtain within 6 months of hire

• Full time, night shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Every other weekend required; weekly schedule varies by department needs

• Organize and administer individualized professional care to patients in the assigned unit.
• Support the mission and vision of Clara Maass Medical Center and the Department of Nursing.
• Practice in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, ANA Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics for Nurses, state regulations and TJC requirements.
• Participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Participate in unit performance improvement activities.
