- Pay Range: $47.62 – $63.73 per hour

Job OverviewLocated in Belleville, Clara Maass Medical Center is a facility of RWJBarnabas Health and provides a complete continuum of care to residents of Northern New Jersey. The medical center offers advanced treatment for a wide variety of medical conditions and includes specialty centers for advanced wound care, sleep disorders, bariatrics, orthopedics, cardiac services, cancer care, emergency services, and more.
Required Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Associate degree in nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum one (1) year RN experience on a Telemetry unit
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and demonstrated writing skills
- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- ACLS or obtain within 6 months of hire
- Full Time
- Night Shift
- Every other weekend required; weekly schedule will vary depending on department needs
The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized, age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and mission of RWJBarnabas Health and the Department of Nursing. Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies.
Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning and participates in unit performance improvement evaluation activities.
