• Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
• Listen closely to concerns and clearly communicate them to technicians
• Keep customers informed on repairs, costs, and timelines
• Track each vehicle’s progress and provide consistent updates
• Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
• Review completed work and charges with clarity and confidence
• Stay organized and handle multiple tasks throughout the day

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of automotive systems (or willingness to learn)
• Professional, positive attitude with strong follow-through
• Ability to listen, solve problems, and build trust with customers
