Sales Professional

We are Karl Malone Powersports, a leading powersports dealership located in Bellevue, Idaho, seeking motivated Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The role centers on helping customers discover and purchase their ideal snowmobile, side‑by‑side, motorcycle, or ATV.

• Guide customers through the buying process.
• Demonstrate powersports vehicles and explain features.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and online inquiries.
• Help customers find the machine that fits their lifestyle.
• Assist with lead generation through incoming calls, texts, and emails.
• Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations via call, text, or email.
• Prepare and email marketing materials to clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments.

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to handle objections.
• Strong customer service, sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Enthusiastic personality with a team‑player attitude and willingness to learn dealership best practices.
