• Perform accurate and efficient repairs on a wide range of powersports vehicles
• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and A/C systems
• Use diagnostic tools, test drives, and specialized equipment to identify issues
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about vehicle status and repair needs
• Complete repairs on time while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Follow manufacturer specifications for warranty and repair work
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Strong mechanical and automotive repair background
• Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable, professional, and motivated to grow
