We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with a strong background in clinical healthcare and connected medical devices to join a high-impact R&D team focused on advanced healthcare solutions.

This role focuses on end-to-end system engineering across wearable devices, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and healthcare data systems, ensuring performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead system integration planning and testing across devices, apps, cloud, and user portals
• Develop and execute verification & validation (V&V) test plans and protocols
• Perform system modeling, risk analysis, and mitigation planning
• Analyze system performance, reliability, and data integrity across the full data pipeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware/software issues
• Act as SME for applying systems engineering standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and data privacy standards

• 5–8+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Strong experience with connected medical devices or complex integrated systems
• Expertise in:
  • Systems modeling & requirements management
  • Risk analysis, verification & validation
• Broad technical knowledge across:
  • Hardware (embedded systems, sensors)
  • Software (algorithms, mobile & cloud applications)
  • Data engineering
• Experience with testing, documentation, and functional validation
• Strong debugging skills across hardware and software
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Systems Engineering
  • or related technical/science discipline

• Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems & statistics
• Familiarity with CAD tools
• Experience with Python, REST APIs, or automation
• Exposure to Azure Dev Ops or CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with version control and requirements management tools
