Benefits Specialist
KOO Recruit is conducting a search for an experienced Benefits Specialist for an established organization in the Southeast Cincinnati area. This position will support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and leave programs and serve as a key resource for employees and managers.
Responsibilities Include:- Benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits administration
- FSA/HSA and retirement plan support
- FMLA, disability, and other employee leave administration
- Open enrollment support
- Benefits data reconciliation and audits
- HRIS and carrier system updates
- Responding to employee benefits questions
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Supporting onboarding/offboarding and special HR projects
- 2+ years of benefits or HR administration experience
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and leave administration
- Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and discretion
- Oracle HCM experience is a plus
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
