• You’ve got at least 6months+ of recruiting experience. Recruiting Sales Executives/Freight Brokers experience preferred.
• You’re confident sourcing on Linked In, job boards, and beyond
• You don’t wait for candidates—you go find them
• You can manage multiple opportunities without dropping the ball
• You bring energy, urgency, and a little competitiveness to the table
