Registered Nurse; RN - Long Term Acute Care

Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Long Term Acute Care. The role is full‑time with 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) and compensation ranging from $40.85 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience. A sign‑on bonus of $15,000.00 is offered.

Staff (ongoing)

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document patient information timely and accurately using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

• Clinical experience.
