Overview

Part‑time Supervisor – LEGO® Brand Retail – Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA. Provide brand experience, train team, drive profitable sales, and enable successful visual merchandising.

• Enhance profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques.
• Maintain store graphics system (including pricing) focusing on customer service.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished.
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Empower and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand vision and values.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience with employee training delivery.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Proficiency using point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising skills.

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.
• Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

• Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days.

Hourly wage range: $26.80 to $28.20, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
