To hit the ground running, you'll need to:

• Be based in Western Australia
• Hold unrestricted Australian working rights
• Hold a valid HR-B Driver’s Licence
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Hold a Cert III in Drilling Operations
• Hold a current Working at Heights certification
• Demonstrated experience operating Aircore and/or RAB drilling rigs
• Strong understanding of drilling operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to lead and manage drilling crews in remote environments
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Provide a current National Police Clearance
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude

• FIFO/DIDO from Perth
• Operate modern Aircore drilling rigs
• Travel across remote locations throughout Australia
• All travel, accommodation, and meals provided

• 4WD Training
• Mechanical aptitude and experience performing rig maintenance
• Experience training and mentoring Offsiders and Assistant Drillers
