We are seeking a Diapatch Clerk to take responsibility for the packing and shipping of company goods. Duties of the role include the following:
- Ensure all jobs are packed securely and safely.
- Label all deliveries correctly and with sufficient detail to ensure accurate delivery.
- Picking up & dropping off deliveries in our Company vehicle.
- Keep records of all inbound and outbound items in line with company policy.
- Ensure safe operation of the forklift to move and store stock appropriately.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A valid manual Drivers Licence.
- Forklift Licence (would be an advantage).
- Proven ability to work under pressure, and multi-task, ensuring effective time management of workflow to meet deadlines.
- A focus on OSH and commitment to actively maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
