Automotive Technician – Flat Rate Pay (Dealer Recon Work)
Integrity Auto Sales is looking for a reliable automotive technician to help with reconditioning used vehicles for resale.
Pay Plan- $25-40 per flat‑rate hour.
- $75 bonus per completed vehicle recon.
- Extra bonuses for major repairs (engine/transmission work).
- Brake jobs.
- Suspension repairs.
- Wheel bearings.
- Sensors and diagnostics.
- Minor engine repairs.
- Occasional engine or transmission replacement.
- Consistent flow of vehicles.
- Flexible schedule (full‑time or part‑time).
- No dealership politics or warranty drama.
- Opportunity to earn $1,200–$1,600 per week depending on productivity.
