AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR $60,000 - $130,000+ a Year!

Corwin Toyota of Bellevue 's high-volume Service Department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and much more.

Successful Service Advisors are ambitious problem-solvers and skilled multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous Service Advisor, Service Dept., Warranty / Insurance Adjuster experience is a plus! If you have outstanding customer satisfaction skills, an outgoing personality, are self-motivated and driven

• A steady workload with minimal downtime
• A clean, modern, and well-equipped facility

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and much more.
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain a high CSI score
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Auto Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required.
• Good customer service, computer and communication skills
• Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
