Payroll Administrator
Location:
Bellevue, NE
Occasional travel required (approximately three (3) times per year for training and corporate meetings).
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance department in all facets of accounting including, but not limited to:
Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract Management, Expense Management, Cash Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Taxes and Internal and External Audits.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year in budgeting or finance; previous experience with Unanet preferred
- Proficient with payroll software
- Understanding of Federal Government Contract Compliance Regulations found in the FAR, CAS, etc.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Collaborative team player who embraces challenges
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain employee records, including hours worked and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations in a multi-state environment.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
- Collaborate with HR to update employee compensation and benefits information.
