Overview
The next Worship Pastor at Life Spring Church will be a passionate, Spirit-led leader with a heart to dream big, swing for the fences, and lead our church into God’s presence through powerful and authentic worship. He will be a builder of people, a developer of teams, and a visionary for what worship can become. This role oversees the full Sunday worship experience as well as ongoing worship and creative projects.
Qualifications- Team player
- Innovative, creative with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Leads from a guitar
- Passionate about the congregational worship experience
- Strong “soft” skills
- Has a pastor/shepherd’s heart
