Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSt. Patrick's is looking for a full-time Spanish teacher for the school year for grades 3-8. St. Patrick's is a faithful and rigorous high school preparatory, Catholic school. This candidate will introduce students to the Spanish language and culture through dynamic and engaging lessons and activities. Applicants should possess a Nebraska teaching certificate with World Language/Spanish endorsement.
RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum standards
- Integrate Catholic values and teachings into Spanish instruction
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administration
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate, with a preferred endorsement in World Language - Spanish or the ability to obtain one
- Safe environment certified
