• Active certification or licensure as a school psychologist (state-specific requirements apply)

• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments of elementary students
• Interpret assessment data and write clear, actionable reports
• Develop and recommend appropriate interventions and supports
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and other student-focused collaborations
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Serve as an expert resource for staff and families regarding student mental health and learning needs
