D&G is seeking a Senior Joint Education Program Manager to support graduate-level academic program coordination and joint education initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional with extensive direct engagement with academic institutions and a strong understanding of program management, curriculum development, and instructional assessment. The selected candidate will serve as a senior liaison between defense stakeholders and academic partners, ensuring program effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
WhatYou Will Do
- Interface routinely with graduate-level academic institutions regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between academic partners and program leadership.
- Support development, analysis, and refinement of lesson plans and academic programming.
- Apply appropriate pedagogical methods to curriculum design and assessment.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on instructional and performance outcomes.
- Support coordination of academic schedules, documentation, and institutional requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts supporting joint education initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready reports, assessments, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
Required
- Minimum of 10 years of direct experience routinely interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of program management principles.
- Experience developing, analyzing, improving, and assessing lesson plans using appropriate pedagogical methods.
- Experience coordinating complex education or training programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage academic and senior-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
