Job OverviewEarly Childhood Special Education Paraprofessional position at Fairview Elementary School. Work 6 hours per day, Monday‑Friday 8:15 a.m.‑2:45 p.m.
Responsibilities- Work with students in small groups and individually under the direction of the teacher.
- Assist in lunchroom responsibilities, toileting, transportation, and recreational activities.
- Provide physical assistance when necessary and lift students or equipment as needed.
- Minimum 6 hrs of college credit in Early Childhood Education; must complete an additional 6 hrs within one year of hire.
- Must not pose a direct threat to health or safety of self or others; reasonable accommodations allowed.
- Capable of regularly attending to all duties of the position assigned and for the duration of the assignment.
- Veterans preference applies.
Position Type:
Full/Part‑Time | Salary: $17.15 per hour. Flexible hours can be discussed with the interviewer if selected.
