Russian Instructor

Leidos seeks a Russian Instructor to support mission-focused IT and national security programs. You will design and deliver Russian language training, including technical and operational vocabulary, to government and commercial clients. Responsibilities include creating curricula and digital materials, assessing learner proficiency, and tailoring instruction to mission needs. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Russian language instruction for IT and national security programs, including technical terminology and real-world scenarios
• Develop curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and digital learning materials aligned to Leidos mission needs
• Assess learner proficiency and provide targeted feedback to support rapid language acquisition
• Collaborate with project teams, analysts, and engineers to integrate Russian language skills into operational use cases
• Leverage learning technologies and analytics to track progress and continuously improve course effectiveness
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russian language, culture, and relevant geopolitical context
• Support proposal and program activities by providing language expertise and documentation
• Ensure training content complies with client, security, and quality standards

• Russian language fluency (ILR 3+/ACTFL Superior or equivalent)
