Persian​/Farsi Instructor

Leidos seeks a Persian/Farsi Instructor to support mission-focused language training for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will design and deliver proficiency-based instruction that integrates modern IT tools, cyber-aware content, and regional cultural understanding. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Persian/Farsi language instruction to adult learners in IT and national security contexts
• Develop and adapt curricula, lesson plans, and assessments aligned to mission and program requirements
• Integrate technology-based tools, digital content, and multimedia resources into language training
• Assess learner proficiency, track progress, and provide targeted feedback and remediation
• Collaborate with instructional designers, linguists, and program managers to refine training solutions
• Maintain cultural relevance by incorporating contemporary Persian-speaking regional knowledge
• Ensure all instruction meets government standards and security or compliance requirements as applicable
