This position is primarily responsible for managing esports live streams and the digital presence, including stream execution, social media management, and support for content creation. The role also provides operational support for esports practices, matches, and events while ensuring the esports arena and equipment are maintained in a clean, organized, and professional condition.

• Stream management and execution.
• Social media management.
• Content creation support.
• Assist coaches with minor operational tasks on practice or competition days.
• Assist with home esports matches, tournaments, and campus events.
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visiting teams and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Esports arena and practice rooms.
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored, labeled, secured, and cleaned.
• Assist with pre-match and post-match arena preparation.
• Monitor arena supplies (cleaning materials, peripherals, cables, and controllers)
• Report equipment issues to coaching or operations staff.

• Performs other duties as requested.

• Comfortable working with streaming equipment and streaming software.
• Comfortable working with social media and content creation.
• Basic familiarity with computers, monitors, and gaming peripherals
• Ability to follow technical setup instructions
• Comfortable working around PCs, consoles, and audiovisual equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting awareness.
• Excels at customer services
• Organization and time management
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of operating a vacuum cleaner
• Experience using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Works in a loud and screen-intensive environment
• Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, walking, and lifting
• Required to work with cleaning chemicals on a regular basis
• Occasional evening or weekend hours during matches or events
• Extended periods of sitting, especially during match days.

• This is a Federal Work Study (FWS) student employee position that is open only to currently enrolled Bellevue University students who have Federal Work Study as part of their financial aid package. Students must have completed a FAFSA and accepted their FWS offer before they can apply for a FWS position.
