Waypoint Bank Cambridge is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Teller to join our amazing team.
This is your opportunity to represent Waypoint Bank’s long-standing tradition of community banking by assisting customers with their everyday financial needs and helping make their banking experience positive and efficient.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service and TransactionsProvide prompt, accurate, and courteous service while processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions.
Cash Handling and AccuracyBalance your cash drawer daily, maintain security standards, and follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Account Support and EducationAssist customers with account inquiries, explain bank products and services, and direct them to the appropriate team members for additional support.
Work closely with fellow tellers and branch staff to support daily operations, customer needs, and community events.
