The work we do has real impact, and the people behind it matter just as much.

D&G is seeking a Collective Training Analyst to support the planning, development, coordination, and execution of collective training events that enhance readiness across USSTRATCOM mission areas. This role supports strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and global strike training through the development of realistic scenarios, exercise materials, demonstrations, tabletop exercises, and wargaming events that replicate real‑world operational environments.

The ideal candidate brings operational experience, exercise development expertise, and a deep understanding of strategic operations, enabling senior leaders and operational staffs to train effectively in complex joint environments.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, maintenance, updating, and execution of USSTRATCOM collective training events, including Senior Leader Training, NC2 Demonstrations, and Joint Staff Nuclear Procedures Inspection (NPI) preparation activities.
  • Support planning, preparation, maintenance, and execution of command mission‑related scenarios involving Combatant Commands, WHMO, NMCC, allies, and other government agencies.
  • Prepare, update, and perform quality control reviews of training materials, scenarios, intelligence products, injects, operations orders, messages, agendas, and data collection forms.
  • Support development, administration, and execution of scenario‑based collective training programs and exercise modules.
  • Design realistic operational scenarios aligned with USSTRATCOM mission requirements and Joint training objectives.
  • Support end‑to‑end operational training processes from national‑level decision‑making through unit‑level execution.
  • Assist in the coordination, integration, and execution of demonstrations, tabletop exercises, mini‑exercises, wargames, and other training events.
  • Participate in exercise planning, execution, assessments, hotwashes, and after‑action reviews.
  • Coordinate with operational planners, battle staff personnel, and training stakeholders to ensure synchronization and mission relevance.
  • Provide Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) augmentation and support during training events, exercises, and wargames.
  • Prepare and deliver hotwash briefings, after-action reports, lessons learned products, and recommendations for future training events.
  • Develop and maintain training media, operational materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in educating the joint force on nuclear decision‑making and operations while maximizing participation from senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager.
