The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Budget Analyst, NH-0560-03 to work at USSTRATCOM J8 on Offutt AFB in Bellevue, Nebraska.

Knowledgeable in Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS), TEAMS, Data Analytics, Defense Travel System, Government purchase card and travel card, G-Invoicing, Balancing, FM certification.
SALARY RANGE: $76,463 - $118,204 Afcs Benefits Paid Time Off:- 11 Federal Holidays each year

The incumbent will manage resources efficiently and effectively to achieve mission accomplishment. Responsibilities include financial management functions directly to a general/flag officer where decisions affect key command programs.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Position is designated special-sensitive and requires a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret w/SCI clearance.
- Employee needs to obtain and maintain approval to access the portfolio of Special Access Programs required to perform daily duties.
- This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions present a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety. It is required that you (a) refrain from the use of illegal drugs and (b) if requested, submit to urinalysis testing.
- This is a Financial Management Level 2, Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d. Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of this certification program.
