Speech Pathologist
The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing disorders based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, adhering to established standards of practice.
They apply growth and development principles to serve pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, working collaboratively with customers, patients, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA or in the process of completing CFY, and a valid speech pathology license from the state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
Preferred experience is a minimum of six months in related roles. The role emphasizes adherence to organizational values to foster engagement, hope, health, and healing for all.
